Privacy notice

How we handle the data of people who visit this site, under Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

This is an English translation provided for convenience. The Italian version is the legally binding one: it is the language in which the data controller operates and in which the Italian supervisory authority assesses compliance.

Who handles your data

The data controller is Sixpeaks, Viale Giuseppe Lainò 6, 95126 Catania (CT), Italy, VAT no. 04894480872. For any request concerning your data, write to info@sixpeaks.it.

This site does not follow you

The site uses no profiling cookies and stores nothing in your browser: no cookies of its own, no local storage. There are no social buttons loading third-party code, and no browsing data is passed on for advertising purposes.

The typefaces are hosted on this site rather than pulled from an external service: when you open a page, your browser contacts no other domain and your IP address is disclosed to no one.

The language suggestion that may appear at the bottom of the page reads the language setting your browser already sends and the address you arrived from. It writes nothing and remembers nothing between visits.

Visit statistics are collected with Cloudflare Web Analytics, a system that uses no cookies and builds no profile: it counts page views without following people from one visit to the next and without storing identifiers. That is why no consent banner appears — there is nothing to consent to.

The data we collect

If you write to us

The contact form collects your name, email address and the text of your message. They are used only to answer your enquiry: the legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). They are not used for marketing and are not passed to anyone.

Messages are kept for as long as we need them to reply and to manage any professional relationship that follows. Anyone who has written to us may ask for their message to be deleted at any time.

Technical connection data

Like any website, the server hosting it automatically records the technical details of the connection — IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type — for security and operational reasons. These logs are kept for short periods by the infrastructure provider and are not used to identify individuals.

Third-party services

YouTube

The films in the portfolio are hosted on YouTube, but they are not loaded with the page: until you press play, your browser does not contact YouTube at all and sees only a still image stored on our own servers. Only when you click is the player loaded, in youtube-nocookie mode, and from that point Google’s own privacy policy applies — it may record information about playback.

Web3Forms

Contact form submissions pass through Web3Forms, which does nothing but deliver the message to us by email and acts as a data processor.

Cloudflare Web Analytics

Visit counting is handled by Cloudflare Web Analytics. The service sets no cookies, assigns no persistent identifiers and does not track visitors across sites: it records the page viewed and some aggregate performance data. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in understanding which parts of the site are useful (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Infrastructure provider

The site is hosted on a content delivery infrastructure which processes the technical connection data described above as a data processor.

Your rights

You may at any time ask to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict its processing, to object to processing, and to receive it in a machine-readable format (Articles 15–22 GDPR). Write to info@sixpeaks.it: we reply within one month.

If you believe your data is being handled improperly you may lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).

Changes

If the site changes — for example by adding an analytics system or a new external service — this page will be updated accordingly.
